AI FOR EVENTS

AI for events. Built for live delivery.

Live events depend on getting the moment right. Our AI avatars run offline, independently of the venue's internet connection. We combine them with camera effects, animation and AV systems, planning the setup, rehearsals and operation around the event.

01

Designed for a specific moment

A conference welcome point, trade show activation and on-stage interaction need different approaches. We define when guests should engage, what they will experience and what happens next. The solution follows visitor flow and the time people can spend with it.

02

Connected to the production around it

We agree video and audio interfaces, hardware requirements, space, power and operating cues. Content development, system preparation and on-site operation can be included. When working with your production team, we define interfaces and responsibilities clearly. Send the date, location, visitor flow and available technical systems. Our scope covers activations and multimedia rather than full event organisation.

03

Use AI where it adds value

A conversation with an avatar, participant-responsive visuals or a tailored narrative can lead the experience. Displays, content and AV provide the setting they need. Straightforward automation or prepared content remains a good choice where it serves the brief.

04

From brief to rehearsal

We define the scope and acceptance criteria, develop the materials, check the integration and run the agreed rehearsal. Planning also covers how the experience should operate if site conditions differ from the original brief.

05

Content for the moment that matters

An animated opening, product reveal, LED backdrop or digital character sequence. We create 2D and 3D animation for a specific moment in the programme and agree playback requirements with the production team.
